Each service may vary based on the severity of damage and property conditions. We always aim to communicate clearly, provide estimates before major work, and deliver quality results.

2. Emergency Response & Estimates

We respond to emergencies 24/7. Upon arrival, our team will assess the situation, explain the process, and provide an estimate for restoration work. In emergency situations, immediate action (such as water extraction or fire damage stabilization) may be taken before written approval to prevent further damage.

3. Insurance Claim Assistance

We act as your advocate in working with your insurance provider. Our goal is to simplify and speed up the claim process on your behalf. However, Palmetto Dry Restoration is not an insurance company and cannot guarantee claim approvals, coverage amounts, or payment timelines. All insurance decisions are made by your provider.

4. Payments and Financing

We accept major credit cards, checks, and other approved payment methods. For customers awaiting insurance settlements, we may offer gap financing options upon approval. Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Project Timeline & Completion

Project timelines depend on the type and extent of the damage, materials, and insurance approvals. We’ll communicate updates regularly and do our best to complete your restoration efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide access to the affected property and ensure utilities (water, power) are available if safe.

Communicate any pre-existing issues or safety concerns.

Review and sign work authorization or estimate forms before services begin.

7. Warranty and Quality Assurance

We stand by our work. Palmetto Dry Restoration guarantees quality workmanship and materials used during restoration for a reasonable period after completion. Warranty details may vary by project type and scope.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Palmetto Dry Restoration is not liable for damages resulting from unforeseen conditions, pre-existing structural issues, or delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as weather, material shortages, or insurance processing).
