What we collect through palmettodry.com, why, and who sees it. Last updated October 4, 2026.
When you fill in the request form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email, property address, the type of damage, how urgent it is, your insurance carrier and anything you write about what happened. We use it to call you back, schedule the work and help with your insurance claim. You do not have to use the form; you can always call or text (803) 524-7288.
The form also notes how you reached the site (for example a Google search, our Google Business Profile or an ad) and the page you sent it from, so we know which of our listings are working.
Your request is emailed to Palmetto Dry and to the web company that runs this site for us, and a copy is kept on that company's server so a request cannot get lost if an email does. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else, except your insurance company when you ask us to work with them on a claim.
If you call or text us, your phone carrier and ours handle the call or message as usual. We use your number only to help with your request.
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use, such as tapping to call or text. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information about your device and the pages you view. It does not receive what you type into the form. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google's own policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
We keep requests as long as we need them to finish the job, handle warranty or insurance questions and meet our record-keeping duties. Ask us and we will delete your information when we no longer need it for those reasons.
Email palmettodry@gmail.com or call (803) 524-7288 to ask what we have, correct it or have it deleted. Palmetto Dry, 594 Rocklyn Drive, Rock Hill, SC 29730.
